The WBCA will utilize the SportsEngine system for membership and clinic registration for 2025-26. This is the same system we used previously from 2012-2018, and is the same system used by the football coaches association, baseball coaches, volleyball coaches, and many more organizations. Please make note of some important changes for this year:

• You will be required to have a SportsEngine account; this is the same account you'd use on WisSports.net and many other youth/HS sports organizations and you likely already have an account. Simply login to your SportsEngine account, or if you don't have one, create a free account. This will allow you to see your purchase history and find all your registration information.
• If prompted with the question "Who are you Registering?", it doesn't really matter much what you select there, it would simply tie that registration to a particular profile for finding later on, but you will enter all pertinent information on the following pages.

With the new Registration system for the WBCA Membership and Clinic, please note that you have two options for payment: credit card today or by sending in a check after registration.

We STRONGLY encourage you to pay by credit card, as it is much easier for us to track and manage, as processing checks that come in the mail can be very time consuming and reduces our ability to focus on the issues and things that really matter to our association. If you can pay via credit card, it is much preferred. Please note that to combat rising credit card fees, prices now include fees. When paying by credit card, make sure you select to "Pay In Full" on the checkout page.

If you need to pay by check, please complete the registration and select the option for $0 due today. Please note this will still require you to enter credit card information as a guarantee of payment. You WILL NOT be charged on that card unless you fail to send a check in by the end of the WBCA membership term. Once you send in a check, your registration will be marked as paid and you will not be charged.

High School Program Membership - $200.00

This membership allows up to 20 coaches AND the Athletic Director (20 total memberships). You can sign up coaches from both boys and girls staffs . Also youth coaches if needed.. Note: You must sign up at least 11 coaches to get this membership. If you would like to add a member(s) after initial signup, please contact Travis Wilson.

College / University Program Membership - Division 1 - $300.00

This membership allows up to 20 coaches AND the Athletic Director (20 total memberships). You can sign up coaches from both the women and mens staffs together.  This also could include other booster personnel and media from the school. Note: You must sign up at least 6 coaches to get this membership.

College / University Program Membership - Division 2/3/JUCO - $200.00

This membership allows up to 20 coaches AND the Athletic Director (20 total memberships). You can sign up coaches from both the women and mens staffs together.  This also could include other booster personnel and media from the school. Note: You must sign up at least 6 coaches to get this membership.

Friend of the Game, Youth Coach (if not using HS program option), or Referee - $30.00

If you are a friend of the game, a youth coach, or a referee this membership is for you.

Out-of-State Coaches - $115

Lifetime Membership - $100

Lifetime Membership Eligibility:

— Must be a retired coach or referee
— Anyone who is a friend or former HOF player
— Cost is a flat $100
— If you return to coaching or refereeing, then you must join every year that you are again active, and the lifetime takes over when you retire again.
